Recall Recall!

For all the Total Recall freaks.

Etbonz - open your mind

Light Asylum! (My current favorite song)

This is one of those songs that hits me every way just right.  They should be playing a show with Legowelt, Atole, Solenoid and Me, DJ Rainbow Pudding(etbonz) in Portland, OR on August 7th at Mississippi Studios if you dig.   SHOWTIME!

Weekly Jams #3 (Progressive house Edition)

I generally try to stay away from making music that sounds this cluby/progressive houseish, but it just sort of happened and it was fun so who gives a shit.

Underground Resistance - Transition

And this piano pounder

Jackin Bernard - My First Love

Space

Alan Jaras - Light pattern No. 3

Alan Jaras - Light pattern No. 3

This is the Space that consists of Jimi Cauty from The KLF /The Orb and Dr Alex Paterson from The Orb. I guess you could say that this is the Orb under a different name but it has a different feel than other Orb albums.  First thing I thought when I heard this is that it sounds like The KLF Chill Out album on a journey through the cosmos.  This would makes sense seeing as how this was released shortly before Chill Out in the same year.  So if you ever wanted some sort of sequel to Chill Out here’s the next best thing, a prequel.  Big thanks to KLF Online for posting this!

Transient Sun

I heard this amazing track on the IFM demo contest 2010.  There where many amazing tracks, but this one dug deep into my brain.  Nice work Transient Sun!

Weekly Jams #1

I was trying to think of something to post at 3:3o AM and I couldn’t think of jack poop squat.  Then I had the pretty average idea of posting some sort of music that I’ve made at least once a week.  We’ll see how long this will last, but I’ll give it my best shot.  These tracks might not be so pretty, just expect some weird/poor sound quality/different kinds/mostly live/juno 60/electronic/house/spacey/who knows what kind of music might happen.  These will be new tracks made for this blog and for fun.  Please feel free to lay down some comments!  Good,  Bad and the ugly are all welcome!  Thanks for listening!  If I’m lucky I might be able to get some of my music friends to bust out a random track or two.

The first one is some sort of live ghetto future fantasy club adventure house.

Etbonz - Juno Space Circus

Effects of making music on Kratom

I have recently been making lots of music while high on kratom.  It seems to help with the frustration that usually comes with working out music problems and lets you have more fun.  It also enhances the pleasure of sound to your ears.  Here’s a jam I made the other night called Aqua Lung.  Nafcat says my more recent music sounds different and more interesting than before, is it the kratom?

Etbonz - Aqua Lung

Kratom + House + Youtube = 6:00 AM

Here’s some really awesome older house tunes that have been making me feel real good.    They just don’t make em like they used to.  Well I guess sometimes they still do.  Sorry for the poor sound quality, it was the best I could do.  Enjoy.

Dream 2 Sience - Dream 2 Science

Joe Lewis - Seprate Ways

N.Y. House\’n Authority - Apt A3

Ross 154 - Until My Heart Stops

Two of A Kind - Happiness

Sterac - The Secret life of machines

Adonis - Lost In the Sound
